On arrival we were met by Aranit in reception who was very pleasant and professional, he gave us a bottle of water each and upgraded our room. Our room was round the corner from the main reception and on the second floor. The room was big enough for the one day we were staying and it had a kettle, room safe, comfortable bed, tv and a decent bathroom and air-conditioning. Breakfast was delivered the next morning at a time we had arranged with Aranit at 8.30, this consisted of a banana, yoghurt a fruit drink, a rice crispy Breakfast bar, and a little tub of Nutella, it was enough to set us up for the morning. Checking out was a breeze. We would use this hotel again there are good transport links and lot's to do in the local area.

We stayed in accesible room number 121 which has a huge bathroom with a shower bench and is close to the lift. The room was clean and warm and we didn’t hear much noise from the street. We arrived early to leave our luggage and we were able to check in early which was wonderful. The gentleman on reception was very kind and welcoming. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. We enjoyed having a picnic breakfast (pastry, yogurt, fruit, cereal bar, bottle of juice) brought to our room each morning at the time we asked for it. We would definitely stay here again!

Chloe

It is a small hotel, with small rooms, but the every day cleaningness was outstanding! Although the surroundings are on a central street, the room (our room at least) was quiet, since there was a modern skylight rather than a window, with electronic steering. The same with the "curtains" covering it. Bathroom was very nice, modern and clean. Location close to shopping places, super market, pharmacy, and 5 minutes walking from Hammersmith underground. With good connection to 3 underground lines. Hammersmith metro station is split in two.

The room was comfortable and clean. There was good air conditioning. The breakfast boxes were delivered on time (at a time of our choosing) to our room and contained a nice variety of items (a croissant, yoghurt, apple, cereal bar, nutella pot, bottle of drink, and a disposable cutlery pack). The location was good and the building was clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The hotel felt secure, as there was a buzzer to request entry to reception rather than the door being left open.

Florence

Naeem greeted us in such a friendly and professional manner and advised that we had been upgraded to a bigger room for free which was excellent news. We were handed bottled water which was very welcomed as it was a sunny day. The room was extremely clean and large. The bed was so comfortable. There were sockets exactly where you need them. Great options for different lighting. Overall the room was great. We even received a phone call about 10 minutes after we got in to check that we were happy with everything.
